About Radar
A Luxembourg-based production company and creative studio bridging the worlds of traditional filmmaking and interactive entertainment
Our Story
Radar began as a creative audiovisual studio focusing on advertising and innovative films, blending animation, live-action, and using in-camera special effects like puppetry and animatronics. Specializing in genre works, Radar built a reputation for creating visually distinctive content that pushed creative boundaries.
Now, Radar is exploring new frontiers with video games, applying that same innovative spirit to interactive entertainment. The studio focuses on game adaptations of animated works, retro-indie experiences, and advergames, combining a filmmaker's eye with a passion for gaming culture.
The film and animation work continues through different companies in the FDI Group with Digital Voodoo and the Fabrique d'Images, while Radar leads the charge into the gaming world, creating engaging experiences that resonate with audiences across different media platforms.
