Remember the times when film posters were better than the films themselves? When you were browsing your local video store for hours, overwhelmed by the outranging VHS covers? (for the younger ones: imagine physically walking through the Netflix catalogue – only with cooler thumbnails).
Yeah… British designer Tom Hodge from Dude Designs (the guy behind great posters like “Hobo with a shotgun”) recreates that feeling by compiling the best and the worst of 80’s video-cover art.
